What we collect

• Quotes you download and call requests: your name, phone number, email address, the address or town for the build, when you would like it built, your notes, and the shed you designed with its price. We keep a copy so we can help you with it. This website never sends email.
• Live chat: the name you give and your messages. Your browser gets an anonymous sign-in so it can show your own conversation; we do not know who you are unless you tell us.
• Your design: kept in your own browser so it is still there when you come back. It is not sent anywhere until you ask for a quote or chat with us.

Why

Only to answer your questions, follow up on your quote, and build your shed. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Where it is kept

The website runs on Vercel. Quotes and chats are stored in Google Firebase, and our team receives them through Telegram. These services may store information outside Canada, where it may be subject to the laws of that country.

How long

We keep quote requests and chats for as long as we need them to serve you and keep our business records, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Send us a message through the chat on this site or on our Facebook page.
